We have just purchased a used car from Humphries and Parks and cannot recommend them enough.

The chap that sold us the vehicle (Josh) was amazing throughout, was able to answer every question we asked and supported us both so wonderfully whilst making our purchase.

I have purchased recently a used Mitsubishi. Before deciding to head here to H&P I went to 3 big used car dealers, often I was asked many questions on why I did not chose to buy the car or pushed to buy asap because the model was highly sought after. The experience at H&P was totally different. First the sales representative had a thorough knowledge of the car, then I was allowed to drive the car in various conditions including motorway and low speed town road to check the handling. The paperwork was all handle by H&P super quickly hassle free. Thank you.

Very positive experience purchasing our new Outlander PHEV. Bradley Hood was knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. From the female perspective when buying a car it's massively important NOT to be patronised during the process and thankfully there wasn't a hint of that during this exchange.

Coming to the end of my PCP and had been driving a Mitsubishi for a while. Naturally went back to Humphries and Parks to see what was available. Very pleased to see Josh Shaw still there, who took me through the finance. That says a lot about a company when good staff stay around. The whole deal was very ably managed by Cameron George, who was very professional, knowledgeable about the cars and an all round nice guy to do business with. Well done Cameron, thank you Humphries and Parks, see you again.

Have just completed a purchase from this outfit and quite a pleasant experience. Josh handled the complete transaction with professionalism. At no time was he the "pushy" salesman, handling everything in a relaxed manner. If their after sales is anything like the sale they should be the complete package. Thanks Josh. Good job.

Highly recommend this dealership. Bought a used Nissan Juke from them & the service I received was 100% from beginning to end. Josh was very informative about all aspects but not pushy at all. He took time to explain everything from explaining all the features the car had to what warranty/extras were included & those on offer as additional charged items too.

My Dad and I went to Humphries & Parks to simply collect an item from their parts department and ended up part exchanging his truck with a new one with the help of Bradley! Completely struck us by surprise how quick and easy the process was. Bradley was helpful every step of the way and kept in contact with us! Also gave us a goodie bag to take with us on collection of the keys. Was a simple hand over and made it very simple. Would definitely recommend Bradley @ Humphries & Parks! Very impressed!

I was impressed with the service from Humphries and Parks from the very start. The approach was friendly, helpful and personal. I received a personal video of the car I was interested in before I had visited the dealership. I was given good advice about the range of different models and there was no pressure on me. The car was delivered and I am delighted. I felt it really paid to go to an independent dealer.

An absolute pleasure dealing with Bradley. He was extremely helpful from start to finish, very courteous and went out his way to make the whole buying experience pain free. We bought the car online and had it delivered. Bradley provided a personal video tour of the car highlighting all aspects of the vehicle and took the time to help with any concerns we had. Bradley was extremely helpful! I was quite unsure about buying on-line as I don’t live locally but Bradley provided all the information I asked for and was very honest, open & transparent. Bradley videoed the whole vehicle inside & out so I could see it in greater detail.
Upon purchasing and receipt of the vehicle (which was driven to my home address) I thought the driver had left what appeared to be bottles of wine in the car. However, upon contact with Bradley, I found out they were Apple Juice drinks for me as a gift! I thought this was a really lovely gesture!
The car itself is incredible!!!!!

Found a secondhand car online at Humphries & Parks, phoned and spoke to Josh to check that the car was still for sale and available to view, even though it was late in the day we were able to view and test drive. Josh was curteous and friendly throughout. We paid a deposit and collected 2 days later, again Josh was friendly, professional and very informative an absolute pleasure to deal with and we are very happy with our purchase. Thankyou Josh

Very impressed with both the sales and service staff at Humphries & Parks. Recently bought an Outlander Phev with help from Josh who was a real pleasure to deal with. Synchronising our phones and setting up remote access to the car too.
We were going to look at an outlander at another trader and i had called H&P service dept for advice on an mot advisory. They were polite and prepared to give advice even on a car they had not seen. So different to my old car's dealership.
Josh in sales was also polite and very knowledgeable of the car, and it was just like talking to a normal human being - no hard sell or stress and a relaxing test drive.
I am looking forward to a long relationship with H&P as even though they are some way from my home i think they are worth travelling to.
