Recently bought a Land Rover Discovery from Humphries and Parks after seeing it online. Cameron was friendly and helpful and patiently answered all our questions. Having previously viewed a couple of vehicles in other establishments it was nice to deal with someone who was neither pushy not indifferent. When we later collected the vehicle it was very clean so we were able to enjoy our ride home.

I have purchased recently a used Mitsubishi. Before deciding to head here to H&P I went to 3 big used car dealers, often I was asked many questions on why I did not chose to buy the car or pushed to buy asap because the model was highly sought after. The experience at H&P was totally different. First the sales representative had a thorough knowledge of the car, then I was allowed to drive the car in various conditions including motorway and low speed town road to check the handling. The paperwork was all handle by H&P super quickly hassle free. Thank you.

Very positive experience purchasing our new Outlander PHEV. Bradley Hood was knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. From the female perspective when buying a car it's massively important NOT to be patronised during the process and thankfully there wasn't a hint of that during this exchange.

Coming to the end of my PCP and had been driving a Mitsubishi for a while. Naturally went back to Humphries and Parks to see what was available. Very pleased to see Josh Shaw still there, who took me through the finance. That says a lot about a company when good staff stay around. Have just completed a purchase from this outfit and quite a pleasant experience. Josh handled the complete transaction with professionalism. Highly recommend this dealership. Bought a used Nissan Juke from them & the service I received was 100% from beginning to end. Josh was very informative about all aspects but not pushy at all. He took time to explain everything from explaining all the features the car had to what warranty/extras were included & those on offer as additional charged items too.

My Dad and I went to Humphries & Parks to simply collect an item from their parts department and ended up part exchanging his truck with a new one with the help of Bradley! Completely struck us by surprise how quick and easy the process was. Bradley was helpful every step of the way and kept in contact with us! I was impressed with the service from Humphries and Parks from the very start. The approach was friendly, helpful and personal. I received a personal video of the car I was interested in before I had visited the dealership. I was given good advice about the range of different models and there was no pressure on me.
