From appointments, test drive, ordering new vehicle, all the paperwork and questions that Richard was so patient and helpful with, right through to delivery of my new Suzuki Swift Car to my home. My experience at Humphries & Parks was memorable because Richard was so friendly, informative and dealt with my wishes and did not push me into making any decisions. I felt like i was buying a car with a friend rather than with a salesman. Very relaxing and trusting. And very rare these days.

I recently bought a Jimny online from Humphries & Parks. It's very important to feel you're dealing with a professional, trustworthy dealer when buying a car unseen and I definitely felt that. Richard was very proactive and helpful but not pushy. The whole process was very easy and the car was exactly as promised when it was delivered. Very happy with the service and, if I lived closer, I'd definitely be using them for servicing etc. I hope the local dealer here is as good!

They are friendly, professional and I've found them to be fair with their valuations. I have had other on-line companies offer a figure and that then hasn't materialised. HP have made their offer and funds have been transferred quickly. I would always ask them for a valuation going forward and will be recommending them to family and friends to do the same if they want a smooth, hassle free way to part with a vehicle.

I would honestly recommend Humphries & Parks to anyone. They have been extremely helpful with advice and guidance in finding me a vehicle that both suits my needs and budget. The whole process from trading in my old car, organising the final payment on my old PCP contract and setting up my new finance arrangement to finally receiving my new car in the hand over was seamless. After care service has also been exceptional.

We travelled some 50 miles to visit Humphries & Parks. We received a warm welcome from Richard and a comprehensive test drive. There was no hard sell at any stage and the result was the purchase of our Outlander. Richard again excelled on collection day with a full hand over. The car had been presented to a very high, looking like new standard. The added complimentary extras of local apple juice , breakdown cover and service vouchers were a bonus. 

Richard S @ Humphries & Parks was very helpful throughout the purchase process, answered all the questions I had, was courteous and friendly and ensured that the preparation to the car was done correctly, it was spotless on collection. He gave me a full briefing of the vehicle and a good explanation of the “modes” as it’s our first PHEV. Talked me through connecting my phone. Non pushy sales experience for me, and I’m happy that I travelled the extra distance to deal with H&P.
Any garage can have a car, but going to experts in the marque, and having the peace of mind of the level of attention to detail, full preparation and the delivery of those expectations with personal service, puts them head and shoulders above other dealers I visited.
The drive home was great.

Enjoyed the experience of dealing with Richard and the team. Very pleased with the vehicle and impressed with the support offered on finance, as well as the advice and information that was provided about how to manage a hybrid. Will be taking advantage of the servicing and appreciated the honesty and reliability of the dealership. Well done.

Great experience throughout. Low pressure sale and demonstration. I paid a deposit and then had some further questions before collecting, which they answered swiftly by email. Car all clean and validated and collection experience was great. All paperwork prepared and even a complimentary gift. Came with six months warranty and two free basic services. I don't think used car buying gets any better.

Recently purchased a car from Humphries and Parks. I was extremely happy with the experience which has been the best ever when purchasing a vehicle !! Josh the sales adviser was knowledgeable about the car we looked at and answered all my questions. The selling was fair and not at all pressured unlike other car sales centres that I’ve visited. I’ve only owned the car a few days but I’m very happy with it and it’s in extremely good condition. Would strongly recommend !

Josh made the whole experience of purchasing our Mitsubishi Outlander a pleasure, from start to finish. The car was smart and clean and the hand over was efficient and thorough. Communication was excellent and all questions were answered in full. The 2 bottles of local apple juice was the cherry on the cake.

Great service from start to finish! We travelled from Norfolk to H&P in Kent as they had the most extensive range of Mitsubishi Outlander Phev in the country! Bradley was very informed and knowledgeable and listened to our requests, a vehicle was selected and we went for a test drive immediately. We returned to Kent to collect our car 3 weeks later, Bradley even collected us from the train station! While we completed the paperwork we were kept topped up with copious amounts of tea, coffee and biscuits before our 4hr drive back home, everyone there was so welcoming! Fabulous car, beautiful drive and so roomy! Can't recommend this company enough! See you all for our service next year!

We visited Humphries & Parks and was very welcomed from the receptionist through to the sale’s team .. We made an enquiry on a couple of vehicles and was introduced to Richard Stockwell who showed us around one of the vehicles we enquired on. Richard was very professional and knowledgeable on the vehicles in question .. He was very friendly and approachable to all our enquiries and made us feel very relaxed and stress free when showing us the car outside and sorting paperwork inside .. I bought a Mitsubishi L200 from this garage. The service from the staff was second to none. I appreciated their honesty, professionalism and non-pushy approach. The range of stock was excellent and the showroom very well presented. All in all I had a great experience buying a quality pickup from them. I have bought many vehicles over the years but I would say this was most certainly the easiest and straightforward purchase I have had to date, which was largely down to the sales staff here. I would certainly recommend Humprhies & Parks to anyone considering buying a Mitsubishi or SsangYong.
